 Spinach tossed with tomato, walnuts, fire-roasted red
 pepper + onion and goat cheese. Topped w/ basil and  
 cracked pepper. Dressings: ranch, creamy caesar or vinegar + oil.

 Spinach tossed with black olives, feta, tomato,
 garbanzos and red onions. Topped with cracked pepper

Salami focaccia ($6.75). Piled high with hard salami,

 rosemary on herbed focaccia.  Truly Greenbush!

 (w/ mayo) on a crusty plain focaccia.
- Bollo sandwich ($7.25). Oregano-herbed tomatoes
 sit atop a generous stack of market ham and hard
 salami.  Melted provolone pulls it all together inside
 a fresh square-shaped herbed bollo.   
- Turkey + walnut wrap ($6.75). A healthy combination of
 turkey, walnuts, gorgonzola, tomato, spinach and a
 little olive oil rolled up in a tomato basil wrap.  
- Chicken Cheddar Ranch Wrap ($6.75). Fun to say,
 delicious to eat.  Chopped Italian-herbed chicken,
 cheddar, spinach, tomato and cracked pepper. Pulled
 together with all-natural ranch dressing.
